If you are using a GPS, enter 85 Leavitt Street, Salem MA 01970 which is a small red-brick chocolate factory on the left side called "Harbor Sweets". Just beyond this, Leavitt Street ends and you will see a large parking  lot. The wide entranceway has a blue canvas "sail" over it. Enter this lot, turn left, go about 100 feet past the parked cars, then turn right, and you will be facing a loading dock with four overhead doors. We are behind the doors, on the dock, next to a cross-fit gym. There is a stairway to your right.
